PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
As Program Manager, we would be a single point of contact and accountability for the successful delivery of all IT projects under a program. We would maintain and manage the overall project plan, budget, scope, risks, and issues across multiple parallel projects involved with the program. We will be work with the different business owners across the organization to define the strategy, requirements, and timelines that are required to meet the overall goals and objectives of the program. Our team will provide regular communication on roadmaps, program updates, risks, issues, budgets, and change management.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a Project Manager, we would serve as the lead, and would be responsible for the day-to-day operational, direction and control of a single project or multiple projects concurrently. This includes creating and managing the project plan, budget, scope, issues, and risks as well as, developing and implementing a communication plan to report status and oversee coordination of project information. From a technical aspect, I able to manage the implementation of the underlying infrastructure that supports the new system along with serving as a contributor and reviewer of technical documentation. In this role, we will also provide change management leadership for the rollout of the new system.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
The business analysis service includes gathering and documenting business requirements and translates this information into functional system design specifications that can be successfully executed by IT teams. Upon completing the software development, the system functionality is tested to ensure that it meets business and data quality requirements.
QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) LEAD/TESTER
As the QA Lead, our team will manage the overall software testing efforts. We will deliver a test plan document which defines all tests required to be completed, outlines testing activities and schedule, and identify resource requirements. We will coordinate test preparation activities which includes ensuring environments are built and testers have appropriate network access and assigned are the security roles in the new system. In addition, write scripts to test the business and data quality requirements and train all testers on the application functionalities. During test execution, perform testing, track testing progress, track defects found, and obtain final required signoff for code releases to production.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM) LEAD
When implementing a new system, we will play the Change Manager key role on the people side of the system rollout focused on increasing employee adoption and usage. As Change Manager, we closely with your organization’s management team to evaluate and implement any necessary changes to the organization structure, job roles, business processes, and existing technologies usage to achieve your organization’s operational efficiency and business goals. Our team will help you through the preparation as well as create an audience-focused communication plan that ensures your message is heard.

Everlene has 20 years experience as an IT professional. For over 10 years, she has managed system and infrastructure projects within an IT environment. She has experience working with many systems that are relevant to your company – for instance, EMR/EHR systems in healthcare technology, data warehouse/data analytics, ERP, and finance-specific applications.
Everlene holds a Masters Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from DePaul University. Everlene is a certified Scrum Master.
